Our Refunds Policy
We guarantee our fresh flower bouquets for five days from delivery provided that our care instructions are followed.
We deliver locally direct from our Edenbridge shop and we endeavour to dispatch all of our flowers in perfect condition.
In the unlikely event that your flowers have been damaged in transit, please keep the flowers and contact us on +44 (0)1732 860143 within 24 hours (or the next working day) of receipt. We cannot be liable for claims reported outside of this time.
Where possible we will offer to replace the damaged flowers, however if this is not possible we will offer a full refund to the purchaser.
Our Order Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel an order for any reason please telephone us on +44 (0)1732 860143.
Please note:
- We require TWO working days’ notice prior to the delivery date for cancellations of bouquets and floral tributes to avoid wastage and over-ordering your fresh flowers.
- We require ONE working days’ notice prior to the delivery date for non-perishable items, such as candles and other gift items.
